"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Its not really an RPG such as in an online game. Rather its a project to develop a fan based Fallout game on our own (as Interplay will probably never make them)

It is good to hear from you and I am glad you are willing to join the project.
Well so far i have nine other members, whose Emails I will send you soon, and we have a temporary forum on a Fallout community board called " No Mutants Allowed" (I do not know if you have an account there, but if you do, please send your online name and I will add you to the member list)
We are still in the setup phase of the project but one of the advantages we have is that one of the members is a professional developer in RL and he is willing to make a new engine for our project (I also hope that he can convince some of his colleagues to also help with this project)
You are definitely one of the people I have been looking for as I am (or was) in need of someone who is willing to design interfaces for us.
I have added a file to this message that includes all the documents that have been made so far on FFO3 such as story, factions, characters, and so on. Please have a look at it when you have the time for it.
If you have ideas for quests, critters, factions etc. write them down (or draw them) and send them to me.
One more thing I would like to ask you, do you have perhaps friends or know people with skills that might also be willing on working on this project? If so, could you ask them to make contact with me?
